A hearty combination of beans mixed with tomatoes and onions to create this tasty and healthy dish that will keep you warm on a cold winter night.

Ingredients

1 big can red & white beans

1 medium can black beans

1 big onion, diced

7 cloves garlic, sliced

3 tomatoes, diced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons corn oil

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Fry the onion and garlic with oil until golden. Add the tomatoes and stir for 15 minutes.

Add the beans, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Cover with water. When it starts boiling, lower the fire and let it simmer until it thickens.

Let it cool before serving
