A hearty combination of beans mixed with tomatoes and onions to create this tasty and healthy dish that will keep you warm on a cold winter night.

Ingredients

  • 1 Big can red & white beans
  • 1 Medium can black beans
  • 1 Big onion, diced
  • 7 Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 Tablespoons corn oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:
  • Fry the onion and garlic with oil until golden. Add the tomatoes and stir for 15 minutes.
  • Add the beans, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Cover with water. When it starts boiling, lower the fire and let it simmer until it thickens.
  • Let it cool before serving
