Ingredients

  • 1 Big chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 Big can mushrooms, chopped
  • 15 Green olives, seeded
  • 1 Cup coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 Pack onion soup
  • 200g Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 4 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ Pack onion soup
  • ½ Kg Tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 Teaspoon saffron
  • ½ Cup water
  • Salt And pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons corn oil

How to Cook:
  • Mix the chicken with oil, salt and pepper and bake until it changes color to golden brown.
  • Mash the tomatoes using a manual grinder. Cook on low heat with salt and water.
  • Fry the onions and garlic; then add them to the tomatoes.
  • Mix the pack of onion soup with the liquid from the canned mushrooms. Then, add the olives, mushrooms and half of the cheese. Next, add this mixture to the tomato sauce. Lastly, add saffron and coriander. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Once chicken is cooked, spread the tomato mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
  • Serve cooked with boiled rice and saffron.
