Ingredients

Dough

1½ cups flour

1½ tablespoons olive oil

¼ teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon instant yeast

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup water

Filling

400 g fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 medium onions, sliced short

½ cup seedless black olives

100 g mozzarella cheese

100 g cheddar cheese

100 g tomato sauce

½ cup oregano

How to Cook:

Dough:

Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center and pour in the instant yeast and oil. Next, add the baking powder and gradually add water and kneed it to form a dough. If the dough is too stiff, add some water.

Place the dough on a floured work surface. Knead it until it becomes smooth.

Shape the dough to form 1 big ball.

Cover the dough and let it rest for one hour.

Roll out the ball to form a big flat round dough. Place it in a big tray.

Bake the dough in the oven until it changes color.

Pizza:

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with tomato sauce and spread some oregano on top.

Mix the mushrooms with onions and place them on the tomato sauce. Next, add the black olives and cover with cheese. Lastly, add some oregano on top.

Bake the pizza until the cheese melts.
