When we say steak, we can’t but think about the delicious Mustard Steak Sauce. You can pour it over the top of your meat, and it’s also a killer topping for your green vegetables. If you are in the mood for a delicious steak dinner, you won’t find better than this sauce.

Ingredients

200 ml fresh cream

½ squeezed lemon

3 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 small clove garlic, chopped very small

2 teaspoons herbes de provence

2 teaspoons oregano

50 g butter

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

Whisk all ingredients together, then, place on low heat until it starts bubbling.

Serve hot with beef or chicken.

For a stronger taste, add more mustard.
