It's time for the simple choices that never go wrong! Although it's sounds like starch in Arabic, Nachawiya is nothing but a genius mix of oriental flavors!


3 cups water

3 tablespoons corn flour

3 tablespoons sugar

¼ tablespoons ground musk

1 tablespoons orange blossom water

½ cup peeled pistachio, soaked in water, then peeled

½ cup peeled almond, soaked in water, then peeled

½ cup peeled walnuts, soaked in water, then peeled

½ cup pine nuts, soaked in water

How to Cook:

In a pot on the stove put the water, sugar, corn flour and musk. Stir on high heat until it thickens. Lastly, add the orange blossom water.

Spread the nuts over the preparation of nachawieh.

Leave in the Fridge for 10 hours before serving.
