It’s time for the simple choices that never go wrong! Although it’s sounds like starch in Arabic, Nachawiya is nothing but a genius mix of oriental flavors!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups water
  • 3 Tablespoons corn flour
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon ground musk
  • 1 Tablespoon orange blossom water
  • ½ Cup peeled pistachio, soaked in water, then peeled
  • ½ Cup peeled almond, soaked in water, then peeled
  • ½ Cup peeled walnuts, soaked in water, then peeled
  • ½ Cup pine nuts, soaked in water

How to Cook:
  • In a pot on the stove put the water, sugar, corn flour and musk. Stir on high heat until it thickens. Lastly, add the orange blossom water.
  • Spread the nuts over the preparation of nachawieh.
  • Leave in the Fridge for 10 hours before serving.
