There's nothing quite as satisfying as a sweet treat to start your week. Create something naughty but nice with this easy-to-make dessert recipe Nammoura.

4 semolina

1 cup sugar

5 tablespoons powdered milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

1½ cups water

3 cups sugar

1½ cups water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon orange blossom water

15 g butter

How to Cook:

Mix all of the ingredients together with the water. The mixture should be of the same consistency as yogurt.

Pour the mixture in an oiled tray. Score the top into squares and place one pine nut into each square.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

Use a plastic spatula to cut the scored squares. Place in the oven for another ten minutes.

Combine the sugar with water on low heat and stir until mixture thickens. Then, add the lemon juice and the orange blossom water. Finally, add the butter.

Once the nammoura is baked, take it out of the oven and spread the hot syrup over it.
