nicoise salad

3 medium potatoes, boiled

100 g gruyere cheese, diced

2 eggs, boiled

200 g tuna, cut into cubes

½ cup seedless black olives

2 tomatoes, cubed

½ chopped parsley


1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

½ cup olive oil

2 tablespoon red grape vinegar

2 tablespoon lemon juice

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Cut the eggs into 8 pieces.

Place the potatoes, cheese and tuna in a bowl. Then, add the tomatoes and black olives.

In a cup mix all the dressing ingredients together and pour them on the salad. Mix well.

Place the pieces of eggs on top and the parsley over.
