noodles with halloumi salad

A family favourite in Sousou's kitchen, she hopes you enjoy this too!

Ingredients

200 g noodles

¼ sweet green pepper, sliced

¼ sweet red pepper, sliced

4 cucumbers, cut in the middle and sliced

1 can bean sprouts

12 baby tomatoes, cut in the middle

1 small can corn

½ iceberg lettuce, chopped

½ cup sesame seed, grilled

150 Grams halloumi cheese, cut into cubes

DRESSING

4 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

1 Tablespoon grapes vinegar

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

In a pan on the stove, boil the water with one tablespoon of Soy sauce. When it starts boiling, turn off the fire and place the noodle in the boiled water. Then close the pan for six minutes. Drain the noodles.

In a big bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together. Then, add the noodles and mix well. Next, add the remaining salad ingredients except the sesame and halloumi.

Lastly, place the cheese on the top and spread Sesame over.
