pancake with turkey ham and cheese

Why stick to sweet when these savory pancakes are easy to make? It’s a great option for a breakfast on the go with a delicious combination of turkey and cheese. It’s also a huge time-saver!



1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon sugar

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup water

2 tablespoons olive oil


300 g shredded mozzarella

6 thin slices of turkey ham

How to Cook:

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, then, add the cup of milk and one tablespoon of olive oil and mix well. Then, add water until the dough is liquid but still thick.

Heat a pan on medium fire. Then, add one tablespoon of olive oil and spread it on all the surface of the pan. Place one ladle of the pancake mix and wait until it’s golden from the bottom. Flip it to the other side and wait until it’s golden brown.

Place it on a paper towel. Repeat to have 6 pancakes

In each pancake, put one slice of turkey ham and shredded mozzarella and fold it to create a taco shaped pancake.

Put the folded pancake back on the heated pan until the cheese melts. You may turn sides to get better results. Repeat until all 6 pancakes are done.
