250g Penne pasta
2 Tomatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
½ Sweet green pepper, cut into small cubes
1 Medium onion, cut into small cubes
3 Cloves garlic, cut round
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon red hot pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
100g grated mozzarella cheese
How to Cook:
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then, add the pasta and cook it until al dente.
Drain the pasta and pour one cup of cold water on it. Set aside.
In a separate pan, fry the onion and garlic with oil until golden. Then, add the sweet green pepper and mix for 5 minutes. Next, add the tomatoes and the red-hot pepper and leave it on low heat for 15 minutes. Then, season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and sprinkle some cheese on the top.
