Not enough time to cook? Then this easy dish is your ideal choice. It can be made of ingredients you might already have in your kitchen: yogurt, pasta, garlic, etc. When poured over pasta, the yogurt creates a light and creamy sauce that is hard to resist

Ingredients

  • 400 Grams penne pasta
  • 1 Kg yoghurt
  • 3 Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 Cup of parsley leaves
  • ¼ Cup fried pine nuts
  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:
  • Boil the pasta with water and one tablespoon of oil. Once removed and strained, pour 2 cups of cold water over it.
  • Mix the yoghurt with the tahini and garlic in a bowl. Then, add the salt.
  • Place the penne pasta in a Pyrex. Spread the yoghurt over the pasta. Sprinkle the parsley leaves over the pasta and add the fried pine nuts.
