Homemade pizza has never been easier! Topped with cheesy goodness and pepperoni, this pizza is guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family. Give it a try with Sousou.

Ingredients

Dough

1 ½ cups flour

1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

¼ teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon instant yeast

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup water

Filling

100 g peperoni

100 g mozzarella cheese

100 g gruyere cheese

100 g mashed tomatoes

1 tablespoon oregano

How to Cook:

Dough:

Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center and pour in the instant yeast and baking powder. Then, add the oil. Next, gradually add water and kneed it to form a dough.

Put the dough on a floured work surface. Knead it until it becomes smooth.

Shape the dough to form 1 big ball.

Cover the dough and let rest for one hour.

Roll out the ball to form big flat rectangular dough. Place it in a big rectangular tray.

Bake it in the oven until golden.

Pizza:

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with mashed tomatoes, spread some oregano. Sprinkle some of the cheese on the tomatoes, then, place the peperoni on the cheese and cover it with the remaining cheese. Lastly, add some oregano on top.

Bake the pizza until the cheese melts.
