pickled thyme

You can never have enough of Pickled thyme. Let us know how you like it.


4 cups of the thyme (the tips/head of every branch or stem)

4 lemon slices

4 cups of water

4 teaspoons salt (1/cup of water)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 small jars

How to Cook:

Fill the two small jars with the thyme and place one slice of lemon on each side of each jar.

Mix the water with the salt and add the mixture to the jars.

Lastly, add the olive oil and close hermetically.

Best to consume at least 1 month later.

Can be stored for up to 2 years.
