FILLING:
In a pan on the stove, fry the onions & garlic with 2 tablespoons of oil until they change color. Then, add the spinach and mix for 6 to 8 minutes until it becomes soft. Next, add the oregano, salt and pepper and put aside.
Mash the feta cheese with a fork add the remaining olive oil and the tomatoes.
DOUGH:
Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then, add the powdered milk. Make a hole in the middle and pour in the oil. Stir in water as needed to form a soft dough. If the dough is too stiff, add some water.
Put the dough into an oiled bowl and coat it with oil. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
Shape the dough to form two big balls.
PIZZA:
Roll out the balls and place them in two small round trays.
Bake them in the oven for 8 minutes
Put the preparation of spinach on the baked dough. Then, add the feta cheese and tomatoes on the top.
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
You can add sliced cucumber or seedless black olives on top before serving.
