1 kg pumpkin, cut into big cubes

2 carrots, cut into three pieces each

1 big potato, cut into big cubes

1 liter water

2 cloves garlic, smashed

1 big onion, diced

1 teaspoon cumin

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

In a pot, boil the pumpkins, potato and carrots for half an hour or until soft.

In another pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden.

Grind all the above vegetables with the remaining boiled water. Add water if needed. Then, let simmer on low heat until the soup thickens.
