roasted sea bass fillet

This delicious recipe from Sousou makes the sea bass fillets moist, juicy and perfectly seasoned with spices.


1 kilo sea bass filet

2 big potatoes, cubed

¾ cup lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

1 cup water

½ teaspoon black pepper

salt to taste

10 small peeled onions

How to Cook:

Boil the potatoes for 10 min on medium heat, then strain it.

Coat the sea bass with pepper and salt and place it in a Pyrex. Then, add the lemon, oil, salt and pepper. Marinate them for half an hour. Then, add the potatoes and the onion.

Put it in the oven at 250 degree Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
