1 tablespoon powdered sahlab

5 cups liquid milk

4 tablespoons sugar

powdered cinnamon for the top

How to Cook:

In a pan, place the sahlab, sugar and milk. Stir well. Put it on the stove and keep stirring until it starts boiling and thickens.

Pour them in small bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve hot with corn flakes or crackers.
