Ingredients

  • 600 Grams fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 Cup chopped coriander
  • 2 Garlic cloves, smashed
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon red pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • In a pan, fry the mushrooms with oil for 15 minutes. Then, add the garlic & coriander
  • Add the garlic and coriander and cook for another 15 minutes. Next, add the black pepper, red pepper & the salt. Lastly, add the lemon juice and let it cook for 5 minutes.
