shrimps with noodles

Sousou strikes again! This time to the heart of Chinese cuisine, Try this perfect shrimp noodles infused with coriander.


1 kg jumbo shrimps

5 medium onions, chopped into thin slices

250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced

300 g noodles

½ cup fresh chopped coriander

3 spring onions, cut into pieces

½ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons corn oil

¾ cup water

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Place the shrimps and 2 tablespoons of oil in a baking pan. Bake them for 15 minutes or until they turn pink.

In a pot, boil the water. Then, turn off the stove and place the noodles in the boiling water. Cover the pot for six minutes. Drain the noodles.

Fry the onions in a pan with oil until they change color. Then, add the mushrooms & water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Next, add the noodles, shrimps and soy sauce. Mix well.

Spread the mixture into a serving plate. Decorate with spring onion & coriander.
