Sousou strikes again! This time to the heart of Chinese cuisine, Try this perfect shrimp noodles infused with coriander.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Jumbo shrimps
  • 5 Medium onions, chopped into thin slices
  • 250g Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 300g Noodles
  • ½ Cup Fresh chopped coriander
  • 3 Spring onions, cut into pieces
  • ½ Cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons corn oil
  • ¾ Cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:
  • Place the shrimps and 2 tablespoons of oil in a baking pan. Bake them for 15 minutes or until they turn pink.
  • In a pot, boil the water. Then, turn off the stove and place the noodles in the boiling water. Cover the pot for six minutes. Drain the noodles.
  • Fry the onions in a pan with oil until they change color. Then, add the mushrooms & water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Next, add the noodles, shrimps and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a serving plate. Decorate with spring onion & coriander.
