skinless lentil soup

Lentil Soup, one the whole family will love. Best served with some fresh warm bread.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup skinless lentils

1 big onion, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon corn oil

salt to taste

5 cups water

½ teaspoon cumin

200 ml fresh cream

How to Cook:

Fry the onions in a pan with the oil until it has color. Then, add the lentils and water to the onions. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

Blend the lentils. Then, add the salt and cumin. Let it simmer on low heat until it thickens.

Add the fresh cream in the serving bowl.
