skinless wheat soup

Looking for a soup to start your meal? Try this wheat and chicken soup, a great introduction to any dish.

Ingredients

1 cup skinless wheat

½ ken, cut into pieces

½ cup corn (optional)

1 big onion sliced

7 spices

salt and pepper

1 cinnamon stick

½ lemon

1 peeled onion

How to Cook:

Soak the wheat with water overnight.

In a food processor, boil the wheat for half an hour

In a pot, place the chicken with water and put on the stove when it starts boiling, take of the scum and add the peeled onion, cinnamon stick and the half lemon. Continue to simmer on low heat until the chicken is done.

Take off the chicken and shred it in thin slices. Then, add the chicken stock, sliced onion and the shredded chicken to the boiled wheat.

Let simmer on low heat until wheat is cooked through. You might need to add some more water through the cooking.

Serve with powdered cinnamon on top
