Yummy Greek Tart. Stuffed with Spinach and Feta.


2 pack puff pastry

2 tablespoons corn oil

2 small onions, chopped into cubes

1 cup chopped coriander

2 smashed garlic cloves

5 small turkey bacon slices, chopped into pieces

1 kilo fresh spinach, chopped

1 small can sliced mushrooms

3 boiled carrots, sliced into circles

200 ml fresh cream

salt and pepper to taste

150 g gruyere cheese

50 g parmesan cheese

How to Cook:

Roll out one puff pastry. Place the dough into a baking tray and keep aside.

Fry the onions with oil. Add the coriander, garlic and bacon. Next, add the spinach, mushrooms, carrots and the fresh cream.  Then, add the parmesan cheese, gruyere cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the mixture on the dough.

Roll out the second puff pastry and cover the mixture. Press good all around.

Bake at 180 degree Celsius for around 20-25 minutes or until the cheese melts and dough is golden brown.
