boursin stuffed mushrooms

20 fresh and big mushrooms

1 onion diced

2 garlic cloves

½ pack boursin with pepper cheese

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

20 square cheddar yellow cheese

How to Cook:

Take off the stems of the mushrooms and dice them.

Place the mushrooms in a tray in the oven for 3 minutes.

In a pan on the stove, fry the onion and garlic with oil until they take color. Add the diced mushrooms and stir for 3 minutes.

Mix the breadcrumbs with Boursin cheese and onion mixture.

Add some of the mixture into each mushroom head and then, add one square cheddar cheese.

Set aside until all the moisture from the mushrooms has been released.

Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
