Ingredients

  • 20 fresh and big mushrooms
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ pack Boursin with pepper cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 20 square cheddar yellow cheese

How to Cook:
  • Take off the stems of the mushrooms and dice them.
  • Place the mushrooms in a tray in the oven for 3 minutes.
  • In a pan on the stove, fry the onion and garlic with oil until they take color. Add the diced mushrooms and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with Boursin cheese and onion mixture.
  • Add some of the mixture into each mushroom head and then, add one square cheddar cheese.
  • Set aside until all the moisture from the mushrooms has been released.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
