A delicious homemade tortilla wrap that can serve for so many delicious meals.


4 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup low-fat milk

1 cup water (if needed, add more)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Cook:

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, water, and milk.

Knead it by hand until it becomes a dough.

In a bowl, put some olive oil and let the dough rest for 4 hours.

Create small balls of dough, put some flour on a flat surface and roll each ball to create a flat thin dough.

Heat the pan on the stove and place the flat dough.

When one side cooks, turn the wrap and leave it until it cooks.

After baking each tortilla, cover it with a kitchen towel to keep it soft.
