tuna with taratour sauce

Top with your favourite nuts. Made in only 10 minutes!


2 cans tuna

1 tomato, diced

½ cup chopped parsley

½ cup grilled pine nuts

2 tablespoons olive oil


¾ cup sesame paste (tahini)

½ cup lemon juice

½ to ¾ cup water

1 garlic clove, smashed

salt to taste

How to Cook:

To prepare the taratour, mix the garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Then, add the sesame paste and gradually add the water. Lastly, add salt.

Using a fork, crumble the tuna and place it in a serving plate.

Drizzle the the taratour sauce over the tuna.

Then, cover with the diced tomato, parsley, fried pine nuts and olive oil.
