Tuna with Taratour Sauce

Top with your favourite nuts. Made in only 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans tuna
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • ½ Cup chopped parsley
  • ½ Cup grilled pine nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

 

Taratour:

 

  • ¾ Cup sesame paste (tahini)
  • ½ Cup lemon juice
  • ½ to ¾ Cup water
  • 1 Garlic clove, smashed
  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:
  • To prepare the taratour, mix the garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Then, add the sesame paste and gradually add the water. Lastly, add salt.
  • Using a fork, crumble the tuna and place it in a serving plate.
  • Drizzle the the taratour sauce over the tuna.
  • Then, cover with the diced tomato, parsley, fried pine nuts and olive oil.
