Milk or Orange Mouhallabieh? How about having both? Don’t forget to chill them before serving!

Ingredients

ORANGE MOUHALLABIEH

2 cups orange juice

2 cups tangerine juice

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons corn flour

2 tablespoons fresh cream

¾ cup grated peeled almonds

MILK MOUHALLABIEH

4 cups liquid milk

4 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons corn flour

¼ teaspoon ground musk

1 tablespoon orange blossom water

How to Cook:

ORANGE MOUHALLABIEH:

Combine the orange, tangerine and lemon juices with sugar and corn flour in a saucepan.

Place on the stove and stir until it thickens. Then, add the fresh cream

Pour the mixture in a Pyrex and place in the fridge.

Spread over the grated Almonds.

MILK MOUHALLABIEH:

Combine the liquid milk with corn flour, sugar and musk in a saucepan.

Place on the stove and stir until it thickens. Add the orange blossom water.

Pour the mixture on the cooled orange mouhallabieh.

Let it cool in the fridge till next day.
