A flavorful vegetable soup brought to you by Sousou, let us know what you think

Ingredients

1 big onion, diced

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 big potato, cubed

3 zucchinis cut round

3 carrots cut round

1 medium tomato, cubed

½ cup chopped spinach

1 cup green peas

½ cup chopped celery

1 cup cauliflower

100 g chopped fresh green beans

1 can white beans

salt and pepper

3 tablespoons fresh cream (optional)

8 cups of water

How to Cook:

In a pan on the stove, fry the onion with oil until it has color. Then, add potato, zucchinis, carrots, tomato and spinach.

Next, add green peas, celery, cauliflower, fresh green beans And white beans. Lastly, add water. When start boiling.

Low the heat and let it cook for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Blend the mixture, then add salt and pepper.

Let it simmer on low heat until the soup thickens.

Lastly add fresh cream.
