linguine with tomato sauce

Ingredients

300 g linguine pasta

4 tomatoes, peeled & cubed

½ sweet green pepper, cubed

1 big onion, cubed

2 garlic cloves, sliced

2 tablespoon olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

How to Cook:

PASTA:

Boil the water in a pan with one teaspoon of oil and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Add the pasta and boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the pasta and strain it.

SAUCE:

Fry the onions & garlic with oil until they change color. Then, add the sweet green pepper and mix for 5 minutes. Next, add the tomatoes. Let them simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper

Blend the mixture.

Spread the sauce over the pasta, and add the cheese on top.
