his onion tart will have you going back for more. Try one of Sousou's salads on the side.

Ingredients

Dough

2 cups flour

125 g melted butter

¼ cup cold water

1 punch salt

Filling

10 onions, sliced

1 cup creamy cheese

2 tablespoons corn oil

½ cup water

300 ml fresh cream

3 eggs

salt and pepper

100 g grated gruyere cheese

How to Cook:

Put in a bowl the flour, melted butter, water and salt. Mix well with the hands to form a dough. Cover with nylon film leave for ½ hour.

Roll the dough between two nylon papers. Place it in a tart pan and bake it in the oven until golden.

In a pan fry the onions with the oil until it changes color. Add ½ cup of water and let simmer on low heat until the onions are cooked.

Beat the eggs, salt, and black pepper with the fork. Then, add the fresh cream.

Spread the creamy cheese on the baked dough. Then, add the preparation of the onions. Pour the Egg mixture over the onions. Put on the Gruyere cheese.

Bake in moderate hot oven until the cheese is melted.
